My creative practice is a celebration of vitality—a rhythmic dialogue between the deep-rooted traditions of my homeland and the vibrant, pulsing energy of the present moment.

I do not believe that history belongs only to the past. To me, the heritage of Croatia is a living, breathing force. It is found in the way the sunlight dances on the white stones of Brač, in the ancient songs of the coast, and in the resilient, joyful spirit of our people. My work seeks to translate this “collective memory” into a language of color and movement.

While my roots are anchored in tradition, my eyes are always chasing the light. I am deeply inspired by positive frequencies—the laughter shared at a crowded Mediterranean table, the golden hour that turns the sea into liquid fire, and the simple, undeniable beauty of being alive. I use a palette of bold, warm tones and energetic brushstrokes to capture these fleeting moments of pure joy.

For me, painting is not an act of isolation, but an act of connection. Each canvas is an attempt to distill the raw, positive essence of the world and offer it back to the viewer. I want my art to be a source of light in a room—a reminder that despite the complexities of life, there is an ancestral pulse of beauty that never stops beating.
